I was watching “All Creatures Great and Small” when I realized where I had gotten Oscar’s name. I have a book in my school library named, “Oscar, Cat About Town.” It is a story from the James Herriot book by the same name and the cat makes an appearance in the episode that I was watching. I guess the name popped into my head when I needed a name for a male stray cat that was wandering around my neighborhood. My mother gave me the name LuLu and I added Kitty.
