Up, Up, and Away With the Blue Angels

The Blue Angels fly the F/A-18 Super Hornet E/F. It is bigger and heavier than the previous F/A-18 Hornet C/D. It is amazing to watch them zoom past and climb high in the sky. The F/A-18 can reach speeds just under Mach 2, almost twice the speed of sound or about 1,400 mph.
