From a boat on Mobile Bay or driving over the causeway, you can see a water tower standing at the highest point in Daphne. Once you get on Hwy. 98, the water tower has disappeared. I finally decided to try and find it. I found it on Lake Shore Dr. in Lake Forest after winding my way through the subdivision. It is situated on a lot with houses all around. You don’t often see a water tower sitting in the middle of a subdivision. I’m sure the water tower was probably there first.
