The perfect procrastination excuse: There’s a cat in my lap. Oscar has the uncanny habit of getting in my lap 5 minutes before I am about to get out of my chair. I’m not sure if it is just coincidence or if he has precognition. I’ve seen a couple of memes with this same theme so I’m not the only one who allows their cat to keep them in their chair. Sometimes he keeps me there for hours. It’s a good thing I’m retired.
