The bright yellow of this Common Yellowthroat caught my eye when I was bird watching on Orchid St. in Foley. It was moving quickly and quickly gone back into the bushes. I had just a few seconds to take these photos. I am always surprised to see it in this person’s yard because it normally likes marshes, wetlands, and brushy fields. This is the second time I’ve seen it in this yard.
