Clad in full, handmade regalia, members of the Poarch Creek Indians Pow Wow Club danced and chanted for crowds at OWA during the 2023 Arts & Crafts Festival in Foley. The club is open to all tribal members and first-generation descendants. OWA means water in Creek.
