I visited the Veterans Memorial Park in Pensacola last week in anticipation of posting these photos to honor our veterans on Veterans Day. It is a very beautiful and moving place to walk through.
I would like to share this prayer from the Presidential Prayer Team website:
Prayer for Our Veterans
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the men and women who have served our nation with courage and sacrifice. Thank You for their dedication to protecting freedom and peace. Lord, we ask that You surround them with Your love and mercy. For those who carry wounds—seen and unseen—bring healing and restoration. For those who feel forgotten, remind them that they are honored and cherished. Strengthen their families, provide for their needs, and grant them peace that surpasses all understanding. May our nation never cease to remember their service, and may Your grace be their constant companion. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
