
















At the Blue Angel’s practice today, I took this sequence of photos of wingtip vortices. Wingtip vortices have to do with high and low air pressure below and above the wings. It creates a tornado-like air current over the jet. I do not remember seeing these during last year’s practices. I wonder if it has to do with the air temperature being cooler. The morning temperatures have started out in the 50’s with practice time temperatures being in the 70’s.
