Tennessee Warbler

My Google app identifies this bird as a Tennessee Warbler. If so, it is one of my Life List birds because I have not seen one before. It is amazing that I spotted it in my yard. I wonder how many times it has visited before I finally saw it.

The Waiting Game

The birds use the gardenia bush in my backyard as a place to wait their turn for their place on the feeders. They fly back and forth from the bush to the feeder. Sometimes the bush looks like a small decorated Christmas tree it has so many birds perched on the branches.

All are Welcome

If you don’t have bird feeders in your yard, you are missing out. I spend a lot of time looking out my back window just to see the variety of birds that visit my feeder. The HVAC technician even stopped to watch and mentioned how he would love to have my back yard.
